MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING INTERN

  • Analyzed P&ID’s and drawings and performed walk-downs on stainless steel pipe circuits to confirm there is no mixed metallurgy. Removed $397,500 in ultrasonic inspections from pure stainless-steel circuits at the SR-1 Ethylene Plant.

  • Collected temperature, pressure, and preventative maintenance data for 120 pieces of equipment to transition Beaumont NORAM unit to Risk Based Inspection, saving ~$462,000 in 2025 from extended inspection frequencies.

  • Created a PowerBI dashboard by pulling data from SAP to show maintenance man hours versus scheduled work orders. It will be used to justify the reallocation or increase of resources for maintenance.
